Installation & Care

Installation: Follow standard assembly procedures used for conventional rubber grips. When installing this grip onto a shaft, push with one hand on the butt cap and the other hand above the rubber collar applying equal force. DO NOT TWIST THIS GRIP DURING INSTALLATION.

Care: Gently wipe the grip with a water-dampened cloth and pat dry. DO NOT SUBMERGE IN WATER OR USE A BRISTLED BRUSH TO CLEAN THIS GRIP.

Warranty & Returns

TFGC golf equipment is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty beginning on the date of original shipment that provides for (at TFGC’s option) repair or replacement in the case of defective materials or workmanship.

Paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes, normal wear and tear, damage caused by third parties or abuse of this equipment is not covered. Loss, theft or usage in any manner not consistent with its original design intent, any unauthorized repairs or modifications will render the warranty void. Also, adjustments made to the merchandise including, but not limited to: reshafting, alteration of loft and/or lie, indented surfaces as well as cleansing of products with abrasives which scratch the surface in a manner inconsistent with the original finish nullifies the warranty.

TFGC must authorize all warranty returns in advance. Any product being sent to TFGC Warranty Department must have a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please contact TFGC to obtain a RA#. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to TFGC and TFGC is responsible for shipping costs back to the customer.

FAQs

Q: Do TFGC ball marker putter grips conform to the rules of golf?
A: Yes. The United States Golf Association (USGA) and the Royal and Ancient (R & A) in Europe have deemed that these themed putter grip designs all conform to the Rules of Golf.

Q: Is this grip installed like every other grip?
A: Yes. These grips can be installed with traditional tape/solvent or air. If you have no previous experience installing grips, TFGC recommends that you seek professional installation through a golf retail chain or pro shop.

Q: Should I be worried about my ball marker falling off my putter grip?
A: No, these ball marker putter grips have been tested for many years by golfers of various skill levels. The ball marker is specifically designed to fit the shape of the grip end cap to protect it from dislodging. The ball marker is held in place by a powerful rare earth magnet that is extremely strong and custom built specifically for these putter grips.

Q: Is there a proper way to remove the ball marker from the end cap storage position?
A: It is easiest to remove the ball marker by sliding it away from the end cap opening using the tip pad of your thumb or index. The marker is easily returned to the end cap storage position using the same process. This is preferred over trying to “pick” the marker off the top of the grip with your fingernail.
